Annie worked at an animal shelter. I went to visit her one day. She gave me a tour of the facility. She shoved a kitten into my arms and told me to hold it. That was the first time I ever held a kitten. She then returned to her work, and I had to leave. I thought that I would see her anytime after that, but that was the last time I will ever see her.
