march 2013 in de "Gouden Leeuw" in Voorschoten. Tante Elly's 95 b-day. She's the last living member of my Dad's generation in his direct family, She is his sister. On the right is my Mam, just a month before we heard that she had multiple myeloma, a incurable cancer. Gary, my husband and I were living in the Netherlands for 1/2 year at that time. I came back after 20 years having lived in the US where I met Gary ( in Cleveland, OH) and married him in 1996. By this time my father has passed away, as well as my brother Ruud ( in CA) and my youngest brother is one-sided paralyzed due to a brain-stem aneurism.
